How it WORKS

At Delta Housing Solutions, we offer safe, supportive, and structured housing for individuals rebuilding their lives in recovery. Here’s how our program works:

how it WORKS

Step 1: Submit an Inquiry

Start by reaching out through our inquiry form or by contacting our team directly. We’ll schedule a brief call to learn more about your needs and discuss availability.

Step 2: Complete the Application

You’ll receive an application to complete, which includes basic information, emergency contacts, and agreement to our sober living rules and expectations.

Step 3: Interview & Screening

We’ll set up a phone or in-person interview to ensure that Delta Housing Solutions is a good fit for your recovery goals. Drug/alcohol screening may be required.

Step 4: Move-In & Orientation

Once approved, you’ll receive your move-in date and a welcome packet. On arrival, we’ll walk you through house rules, assign your room, and introduce you to the community.

Step 5: Begin Your Journey

You’ll settle into a supportive environment focused on structure, accountability, and personal growth. From daily routines to community support, we’re here to help you rebuild your life.

What to Expect

Safe & Sober Environment

Residents commit to a completely drug- and alcohol-free home. Regular screenings, respectful routines, and designated smoking areas ensure the house remains a secure space for healing.

Clean & Organized Living

Everyone shares responsibility for keeping the home clean. Chores rotate weekly, and personal spaces must be maintained. A tidy environment promotes clarity and accountability.

Curfew & Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM daily. Lights, TVs, and common areas should be settled down to support healthy sleep routines and peaceful rest for all residents.

Personal Space & Boundaries

Each resident is provided individual storage and sleeping space. Respect for others’ privacy, space, and emotions is expected and essential to communal living.

Supportive Structure & Staff

House managers provide oversight and guidance, while residents are encouraged to pursue employment, education, or personal goals during their stay.

I discharged my CDC# in 7 months!

I highly recommend DHS for men who are transitioning back into society. I received valuable resources. I share my clean and new house with two other housemates who show respect for one another.

DHS gave me the structure, personal support and tools needed to rebuild my life. I’ve maintained sobriety. I learned to cook, house clean and do laundry.

Thanks to DHS, I wake up every day proud of how far I’ve come. I found a loving family here, not just a place to stay.

My last transitional house stole my money. While there, I was assaulted many times. It was old and dirty.

DHS saved me from that. My unit was newly furnished, super clean and has new cooking and dining ware. I have free utilities, laundry and Wi-Fi.

God bless the staff and directors of DHS

Past transitional homes had nothing but drugs and drama. While at DHS sober living, I’ve always felt safe. I live every day in comfort and have found caring emotional support from skilled house management.

They live by their mantra: Safe and Secure, Drug and Drama Free, Clean and New.
